A unique production process, to create an exceptional synthetic paper. Polyart is a high density polyethylene film to which a special coating is applied. Polyart synthetic paper combines the strength of a technical film with the print quality of a high-end coated paper.
Perfect in any climate and place to withstand the toughest conditions, our printed editions are waterproof and tearproof.
The clay coating eliminates the two biggest problems of plastic sheets: static and slow drying. The surface has no static electricity and provides a smooth, even surface that speeds up drying. The polyethylene core gives incredible resistance to tearing and manipulation, keeping the quality of our printed editions intact over time.
Our papers are made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and is therefore 100% recyclable in 2 HDPE category.
Polyart is a special paper made without the aid of plants, it does not contain chlorine or other products that could damage the ozone layer. If incinerated under the right conditions, Polyart is non-toxic and does not produce dioxins or other highly toxic materials.

Awards
Paths and roads were travelled and detected with GPS, and then validated on satellite images and LIDAR data, not derived from other maps for a unique quality. Our collections are the result of decades of experience, technology and collaboration and represent the best Italian cartography.
